Spangled Dreams Customer Loyalty Program


I am excited to offer a Customer Loyalty Program. While all customers and orders are equally important to me and my small business. I want to extend a discount opportunity to all of my customer’s based on their spending level. This program will be maintained by me and will be updated on a quarterly basis. Once you qualify for a level your email address/name on your account that qualifies will be added to the group discount code for that level. It is your responsibility to enter the code at checkout in order to receive the discount for that level. IF you create a new account you will start the program over at the beginning. No Exceptions will be made, program details/qualifications/discount levels subject to change without prior notification.


What does that mean? It means every 3 months (Jan, April, July, Oct) I will manually review customer spend levels based on the qualifications for the program. I will update the group discount code to add a customer’s email address to the code that matches their spend level at that time. If you meet a spend level in the middle of the quarter you must wait until the next review to be added to the a level. You can view your orders under your account and add your orders up to see where you are in the program. This is a discount you will always be able to use, it does not expire once you reach that spend level. You MUST enter the appropriate level discount code at checkout in order for it to apply. Discounts Do Not  Apply to the following products: pre buy items, pen supplies/blanks, tumblers, tumbler presses, mystery packages, tumbler boxes, staplers, acrylic items, custom requested items, and foiled tumbler logo sheets.


Emerald Level (Enter Code: Emerald)

Once a customer's spend level reaches $300 or more you will become eligible for the Emerald Level Program. At this level you will be added to the group discount code and will get 10% off all future orders. Discounts Do Not Apply to the following products: pre buy items, pen supplies/blanks, tumblers, tumbler presses, mystery packages, tumbler boxes, staplers, acrylic items, custom requested items, and foiled tumbler logo sheets. (Only one discount code can be used at a time)


Ruby Level (Enter Code: Ruby)

Once a customer's spend level reaches $700 or more you will become eligible for the Ruby Level Program. At this level you will be added to the group discount code and will get 15% off all future orders. Discounts Do Not Apply to the following products: pre buy items, pen supplies/blanks, tumblers, tumbler presses, mystery packages, tumbler boxes, staplers, acrylic items, custom requested items, and foiled tumbler logo sheets. (Only one discount code can be used at a time)


Diamond Level (Enter Code: Diamond)

Once a customer's spend level reaches $2000 or more you will become eligible for the Diamond Level Program. At this level you will be added to the group discount code and will get 20% off all future orders. Discounts Do Not Apply to the following products: pre buy items, pen supplies/blanks, tumblers, tumbler presses, mystery packages, tumbler boxes, staplers, acrylic items, custom requested items, and foiled tumbler logo sheets.
